What You Will Need

You will need a quiet, comfortable space (boardroom, lunchroom, spare office, gymnasium, etc.), and each person will need a water bottle, comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.

We recommend practicing yoga once or twice a week.

A typical 1 hour yoga session includes simple breathing techniques, gentle warm ups, dynamic stretches and restorative yoga postures for relaxation.

Employees will learn how to release stress and tension leaving them calm, refreshed and an increased ability to manage daily challenges.
